Mark Brown will be in goals for league strugglers Hibernian against Kilmarnock now that Graham Stack's torn thigh muscle has ended his season.

Tom Soares (Achilles) is a doubt but his fellow midfielder Lewis Stevenson is available again after missing the Scottish Cup semi through suspension.

Kilmarnock will be without strikers Paul Heffernan (groin) and Dieter van Tornhout (hip flexor/hamstring).

Midfielder Garry Hay is also missing with a knee injury.

He joins Danny Buijs (hamstring), Ryan O'Leary (knee) and Manuel Pascali (broken leg) on the sidelines.

Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon: "The job that I was brought here to do was to make sure we stay in the league.

"Anything after that is a plus.

"I'm only really worried about making sure we do that. That's been the focus for me from the start.

"We've got too many important games. We've got to make sure that the club is in the Premier division come the end of the season, that's all that really matters.

"If we're not in the Premier division we've got serious problems. That should focus the minds."

Kilmarnock midfielder James Fowler: "When you end up in the bottom six you want to finish as high up as possible.

"We're currently seventh so we're looking to maintain that.

"We have not really done well against teams at the bottom this season so we have a point to prove, plus there are people out of contract, myself being one of them.

"You are still playing for your future and trying to impress the manager and, depending on what happens here, maybe other people as well."
